The history of Grupo Domínguez y Rosy, S.L. is the story of a family dedicated to baking and confectionery for generations.
In 1990, Manuel Domínguez, from a family of bakers, founded the company together with his wife, María Rastrojo. Based on effort, tradition and a deep love for the craft, Domínguez y Rosy was born in Zahínos, near his hometown, Oliva de la Frontera.
The company's name reflects its family roots: 'Domínguez' comes from Manuel's surname and 'Rosy' from María's affectionate nickname, Rosina.
Today, the same values that inspired the company continue to guide everything we do.
